Hello,

I was just wondering what would happen if the parachute failed to open during it’s descent? I am specifically worried about damaging property or hurting somebody when it gets back to earth.

If the parachute doesn’t open from approx. 17 miles up, will the cargo just disintegrate or what?

I will try and keep the balloons path to less populated areas but less population might mean no cell signal too.
