I did a launch of my own fairly recently. Check it out at altitudecrew.com.

You said you used “GPS information recorded in the flight logs” to estimate your altitude. Did you manage to find a log of gps data on the phone? If so, how do you get to this gps log.

This information would be very useful to me because I am planning to do another launch soon and I would like to be able to know my max. altitude with a bit more certainty than last time.
